Smiling Young Man

A life coach is a category of a wellness professional who helps you make progress in your life in order to attain greater fulfilment. Life coaches assist their clients with improving their day-to-day lives relationships and careers. They do this by helping you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then verbalise strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

By creating such strategies, life coaches take into consideration your individual skills, talents and abilities. By helping you to make the most of your strengths, life coaches provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change and keep you on track throughout this journey.

Looking for a partner can prove to be exciting and daunting at the best of times. With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and numerous lockdowns, many people have started feeling more isolated than ever before. Not only are singles confronted with having to stay single during the, potential to meet suitable matches has also diminished.

To help you ensure you stay calm, centred, relaxed and positive whilst trying to attract new love into your life, why not try listening and following some of the guided meditation or hypnosis tracks? We have partnered with Baker Therapies and Training to enable our members to access a catalogue of meditation and hypnosis recordings on demand with a 25% discount on every track purchased. Members of Alpha Connect Matchmaking can also request bespoke meditation and hypnosis recordings from Baker Therapies and Training. In addition Baker Therapies and Training offer 1:1 life coaching sessions and Alpha Connect Matchmaking members are entitled to 10% off any package.
